The jacket sheds rain very well and is long enough in the torso and sleeves to give good coverage. The hood is little too large and tends to cover my eyes.

I love the versitality of this coat. I can go out in below freezing temps and still stay warm in just the hoodie. Adding the rain jacket via the built in zippers just adds a huge bonus. Rain jacket stores in its own pocket!
