Cookie Policy
§1. About This Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how BÆRSkin Tactical Supply Co. uses cookies and similar technologies on baerskintactical.com and its regional sub-paths (the "Site").
The data controller for your region is Digital Advice LLC. See our Privacy Policy for full controller and contact details. In this Policy, "we", "us", and "our" mean Digital Advice LLC.
This Policy complements our Privacy Policy, which explains the wider use of personal information.
By using the Site you consent to our use of cookies as described here, except for cookies that require explicit consent under your local law, which we will only set after you give that consent through our consent banner.
§2. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are
A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your device. Cookies allow the Site to recognize your device, store preferences, and understand how you use the Site.
We also use other technologies that work like cookies, including:
- Pixels and tags — small images or scripts that send information back to the originating service
- Local storage and session storage — data stored by your browser for a particular website
- Software development kits (SDKs) — code embedded in mobile apps and partner integrations
- Server-side tracking — events sent directly from our servers to analytics or advertising platforms
- Session replay technologies — scripts that record interaction events on the Site (clicks, scrolls, page transitions, form interactions excluding password and payment field values) for diagnostic and analytics purposes
In this Policy, "cookies" refers to all of these unless we specify otherwise.
Cookies can be:
- First-party (set by us) or third-party (set by services we use)
- Session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (stay until they expire or you delete them)
§3. How We Manage Cookies — Cookie Script
We use Cookie Script as our consent management platform. When you visit the Site for the first time, you'll see a banner that lets you:
- Accept all cookies
- Reject all non-essential cookies
- Choose which categories to accept
Non-essential cookies are not set until you give consent. Your choice is recorded and applied across the Site. You can change your choice at any time by clicking the Cookie Preferences link in the Site footer.
Global Privacy Control (GPC). We recognize the GPC browser signal. Where we detect a GPC signal from a browser of a resident of a US state where this signal is required to be honored (currently including California, Colorado, and Connecticut), we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser and device. The signal is read alongside any explicit choice you make in the Cookie Script banner.
§4. Cookie Categories
We use three categories of cookies: Strictly Necessary, Performance, and Targeting. These categories match the configuration of our Cookie Script consent banner.
The cookie tables below reflect a Cookie Script scan dated 27 May 2026. The live scan is available at our Cookie Script cookie report.
We also use additional tracking technologies that operate without setting a client-side cookie (for example, server-side pixels and session-replay scripts) or that fire only in flows not yet covered by the scan. These are listed at the end of each relevant category with a note where applicable.
4.1 Strictly Necessary
These cookies are essential for the Site to work. They support core functions such as session management, security, load balancing, basket persistence, checkout, and cookie consent state. They cannot be disabled and do not require consent under EU/UK/CH law because they are strictly necessary for a service you have requested.

They also support product analytics and bug diagnostics. We use the data in aggregate. They require consent in the EU, UK, and Switzerland.
