When I received my parcel to open it, I used a knife and when I cut the tape, my jacket with sliced as well. I wasn’t happy the way they packed the parcel, but I guess it was my fault when I open the bag so now I have a jacket that has a slit in it not a happy customer. We had to wait so long to get our parcel which we did and thank you, especially to Robelyn . There were four items which we received, but they were in a bag so tight so when I cut the bag, it also cut my jacket.
