STAND A CHANCE TO WIN A NEW JEEP GLADIATOR - OR $100,000 CASH

Your rain jacket is sitting in a closet 4,000 miles from the storm. That's the real problem with travel rain gear — the jackets that actually work are too bulky to pack, and the ones that pack are too flimsy to trust. The BÆRSkin Heavy-Storm Rain Jacket 2.0 eliminates that tradeoff with a 20,000mm hydrostatic head waterproof rating — elite-level protection that handles heavy, sustained rain and snow while remaining breathable, lightweight, and packable enough to disappear into any carry-on or daypack.
Every detail is engineered to keep your gear, your documents, and your travel day completely dry. Every zip is sealed. Every stitch is taped with silicone. The proprietary BÆR-Tex Water Repellent Coating sends water running before it ever reaches the fabric beneath.

Get the ultimate rain jacket for extreme performance in heavy rain - that's still light, packable and flexible enough to wear for any activity.
20,000mm waterproof rating to stay dry when you're commuting, cycling, camping or hiking in sudden rain storms.
Fully adjustable waist, wrists and hood for perfect insulation when the wind gets nasty too - no more leaks in sideways rain!
Our jacket folds into its own stash pocket, making it highly packable without taking up extra space in your backpack.
Features a two-zip system which allows the inner zip of the rain jacket to attach to the new BÆRSkin Hoodie 4.0.

Travel is rarely one climate. You leave for cool mornings, walk through midday drizzle, and arrive in a wet, windy evening — sometimes on the same day. The brand new two-zip system of the Heavy-Storm Rain Jacket lets you attach the BÆRSkin Hoodie 4.0 to the inner zip, while the outer waterproof zip seals the full garment — creating a 3-in-1 Waterproof Travel System that adapts to changing weather without overpacking.
One shell covers spring rain, cold-weather layering, outdoor excursions, and everyday city wear. That's the kind of modular versatility that earns its place in every suitcase — because you brought one system instead of three jackets.

When you're living out of a suitcase for days or weeks, you can't afford gear that looks worn after one rainy afternoon. The Heavy-Storm Rain Jacket 2.0 is built with 100% Polyester Ripstop Fabric — it prevents tears, resists rips, and stops your jacket from absorbing dirt & mud so it looks fresh from your first flight to your last.
And RAIN-SULATION means every opening is sealed against sideways rain and wind — the kind you get on boat decks, mountain passes, and open coastal trails:

Most outdoor brands use PFAS in their water-repellent coating. PFAS are a group of synthetic chemicals, often called "forever chemicals" because they are highly persistent and don't break down — causing damage to the environments you're traveling to see, and serious health concerns for the human body.
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) states that there is no safe level of PFAS exposure. A jacket that protects you from rain shouldn't quietly harm you in the process.
Our rain jacket is slightly oversized to accommodate layering — hoodies, fleece, or mid-layers underneath. To get your ideal travel fit, take a chest measurement and match it up with our sizing chart. And remember, we offer easy exchanges and returns — so there's zero risk even if you're ordering from the other side of the world.
Step 1: Measure across your chest, under your armpits and around the back.
Step 2: Ensure that the tape is horizontal around the body, do not allow it to dip at the back.
Step 3: Match that measurement up with the size chart here — and have the perfect fit waiting before your next trip.
Over 9000 5-Star Reviews
Please note that the BÆRSkin Heavy-Storm Rain Jacket 2.0 is intentionally oversized to accommodate a heavy sweatshirt/knitwear item under the rain jacket. So if you wear an XL Hoodie, an XL Rain Jacket will suffice to be worn over the hoodie.
*If you don't intend on layering with the rain jacket, then you can take one size down from what you would usually take.

“Took this through 3 countries and 2 weeks of unpredictable weather. It packs down to nothing, kept me bone dry in every downpour, and I never had to rethink my plans. Best travel gear I own.”
