Step 1: First, put on a pair of pants that fit you well. Measure the waistband circumference around your full waist while wearing them.
Step 2: Ensure that the tape is horizontal around the body, do not allow it to dip at the back.
Step 3: Measure from the crotch seam straight down to the bottom of the leg. That’s your inseam.
