About This List
A subprocessor is a third party that processes personal information on our behalf to help us provide our services. We carefully select our subprocessors, enter into written data-processing agreements with them, and review their security and privacy practices.
This page lists every subprocessor used by Digital Advice LLC, the controller for customers in your region. We update it whenever we add, remove, or materially change a subprocessor relationship.

Transfer Safeguards
Several of our subprocessors are located in the United States. For transfers from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on:
- Adequacy decisions where they apply
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) with each US processor, supplemented by the UK Addendum and the Swiss FDPIC's adapted clauses where relevant
- EU-US Data Privacy Framework (and its UK and Swiss extensions) where the processor is certified

Notification of Changes
We will notify users of material additions to this list (typically by email to account holders or by in-product banner) at least 30 days before the change takes effect, except where a faster change is required for security or legal reasons.
