BÆRSkin Tactical Hoodie 5.0 Tall | BÆRSkin Tactical Supply Co.

Olive green hooded fleece jacket with labeled features: 11 pockets, Velcro patches, storm flap zip; 5 colors available

Regular Fleece is Weak, Unflattering & Soggy. Wear a BÆRSkin.

You ever tried to wear a fleece in bad weather? We don't recommend it. That's why we founded BÆRSkin in 2019 - to build the world's best outdoor gear that's just as comfortable at home as it is durable outdoors.

"Bad fitting, bulky and practically useless" - that's how we felt when we tested 1000s of regular fleece hoodies. Most of them were covered in pills & bobbles. That's why we use the best-in-class 340gsm weight of Original BÆRSkin bonded MicroFleece with thinner-than-silk fibers for a finish that feels lighter, loftier and softer - with twice the warmth.

No other hoodie has 340gsm of double-sided BÆRSkin™ MicroFleece.
Waterproof your hoodie with the attachable Heavy-Storm Rain Jacket to block 20,000mm of rain.
Windsulation™ adjustable hood, waist and cuffs, with broad shoulders and tapered waist for your personalized muscular fit.

The World's Most Pickpocket Proof All-Weather Adventure Hoodie. Built For Wild Extremes, Worn Absolutely Anywhere.

Heat-Retention

Feel the warmth of 340gsm bonded anti-pill BÆRSkin™ MicroFleece that's 20% lighter and 50% warmer than your standard 270gsm fleeces.

Zippable Heavy-Storm Rain Jacket

Block the rain by instantly zipping on the 20,000mm rated Waterproof Rain Jacket onto the hoodie to keep dry in heavy storms.

11 Secure Pockets + BÆR-VAULT™ RFID Pocket

Keep stuff secure with 9 pockets, plus 2 new mesh inserts - the BÆR-VAULT™ RFID Pocket protects your cards behind a metalized RFID-blocking lining, with its own interior PocketWallet.

Windsulation™ Design

Adjust your fit to block wind with eazi-grip elastic waist toggles, a fully adjustable 3-panel hood, and premium rubber velcro cuffs on the wrist.

Feel Your BÆRSkin Beat the Cold. Wherever You Take It.

No other outdoor hoodie has fleece like this.

Our unique 340gsm bonded BÆRSkin MicroFleece™ evaporates moisture faster and breathes better than regular fleece. It absorbs less than 1% of its weight in water, dries quickly, and lasts a lifetime.

Proven to keep you warm in -1°C or 30°F temperatures.

Constructed with a full-length Storm Flap behind the chunky SAB zip to double-block wind.
Adjustable rubber velcro cuffs cinch up for extra warmth and hold all day.
Longer back section, with eazi-grip adjustable waist toggles and a 3-panel hood to customize your Windsulation™.
Warm enough for a frozen lake, civil enough for town - built for hiking, hunting, fishing, golf, camping, boat days, outdoor work, traveling and the dog walk.

Zips into The Heavy-Storm Rain Jacket. Double The Waterproof Rating of Regular Rain Gear.

Zip the Heavy-Storm Rain Jacket onto your BÆRSkin Hoodie 5.0 and your fleece becomes the lining - or wear the shell on its own, or the fleece on its own. Three jackets that live in one.

At 20,000mm hydrostatic head, the BÆRSkin Heavy-Storm Rain Jacket handles heavy, sustained rain and snow while staying breathable. Beneath the PFAS-free, SGS-tested BÆR-Tex durable water-repellent (DWR) coating, it's built from 100% Polyester Ripstop that shrugs off tears. When the sky clears, it packs into its own pocket at 350 grams and 3 x 4.2 inches, and drops straight into a hoodie pocket.

Every Seam Sealed: Fully taped seams across the entire jacket, no seeping.
100% Waterproof Front Zip: With a silicone-sealed storm flap behind it.
Adjustable Wrist + Waist Toggles: Cinch down and lock the weather out.
Adjustable Hood + Brim: Throws rain off your face before it reaches your eyes.

Tactical Hoodie 5.0 size chart for S–4XL with chest, back, and sleeve measurements in regular and tall; free exchanges

Cold, Rain, Wind or Snow. Your Perfect Fit is Right Here.

The best outdoor garments fit snugly without tightness, sit square across the shoulders, and never get too baggy around the waist or arms. Get your ideal size by measuring your chest. The Heavy-Storm Rain Jacket is already cut to fit over the hoodie, so order your normal size in both.

Step 1 - Measure your chest. Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms. Keep it level and don't pull it tight.
Step 2 - Find your size. Match your chest measurement to the chart and read across.
Step 3 - Tall, or between sizes? Check the back length and sleeve length against a jacket that already fits you well.

You Asked. We Answered.

: It is the internal zip pocket on the left-hand waist of your BÆRSkin Hoodie 5.0, just above the hem, and the entire pocket panel is lined with metalized RFID-blocking material. Contactless bank cards, ID cards, hotel keycards and e-passports all communicate by radio. Inside the BÆR-VAULT that signal is blocked, so nothing can be read until you take it out. Inside the BÆR-VAULT you will also find the integrated PocketWallet.
